This is a 1969-? Plymouth Road Runner, factory 'M' code 440 Six Pack. 1 of 422 4-speed Road Runners made. This is a complete ground-up, rotisserie restoration of an original 'R4' red Road Runner with the 'A12' option code. The car came equipped with a black bench seat interior. All the 'M' Code cars came equipped with a 4.10 DANA rear axle, but a 3.54 ratio has been installed for drivability. Black steel wheels and red line tires were also standard with an all fiberglass lift-off hood for easy
access to the engine. The front brakes on this car have been upgraded to disc brakes, as all 'A12' cars came with 11' drum brakes on all 4 wheels. The 'A12' code denoted a conversion of the 383 to the 440cid Six Pack engine. The 'M' Code denotes the 4.10 DANA, 3-speed wiper motor and lift-off hood for light weight and easy engine accessibility. The 'D21' Code option was for the 4-speed transmission, a total production of 422 cars with this option. The engine is a correct 440 block that has been internally upgraded to a 505cid stroker kit, which includes the make up of the 440 stroker kit with source H-beam rods, hydraulic cam ratio 284/484, ported heads and maintaining stock valve train and rockers. This correct engine sports an original steel air cleaner, not a plastic reproduction. All the VIN's on the body match to the Fender Tag and the VIN tag. This is the correct engine with non-matching numbers. The car is highly detailed in and out, from top to bottom and runs excellent. Most of these cars were track raced, and it is rare to find one without its quarter panels smashed in or rusted out. Not this car, this is an Arizona car that still has its original quarter panels. During restoration, the quarter panels were metal finished before paint. This car comes from a private collection and the seller has had great enjoyment with it over the last three years since its restoration. Now it's ready to become yours. This is a Restoration By Julius car. If you know Mopar, then you know it was done by the king. He uses original parts or new old stock as much as he can, because both he and the seller hate reproduction parts. The seller is a perfectionist and spared no expense. There are thousands of hours invested in this car to achieve this high quality. **TITLE IN TRANSIT**
