This custom Pro-Touring G-machine, aka 'The Love Affair,' is an unbelievable show car that runs and drives as good as it looks. This complete restoration was truly a labor of love which was documented on ProTouring.com. Unlike, many claimed Pro-Touring cars, this Camaro is a proven autocross participant. It was featured by 'Super Chevy' and was also in 'Camaro Performers' magazine. Prior to the restoration, this was a rust-free California car with the RS/SS package. The sheet metal is mostly
original and very straight. The Lexus Red paint is gorgeous and ocean deep. It's equipped with new tinted glass, steel cowl hood, Anvil carbon-fiber front spoiler, Detroit Speed RS electric headlight covers, Laguna sport mirrors and Digi-Tails digital taillights. Detroit Speed mini tubs were added to accommodate the custom 17' and 18' Bonspeed wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport tires. The custom black leather interior was done very tastefully. Some of the interior features include Fat Man insulation, American Auto Wiring, Marquez striker bolts and door vents, keyless remote door locks, Cowan dash with Auto Meter gauges, billet hardware, Corbeau TRS bucket sport seats, Morris Classics 3-point seatbelts, Ididit tilt steering column, Flaming River steering wheel, Vintage Air, custom console with billet shifter and switches, halon fire extinguisher, Lokar E-brake lever and custom sound system. The trunk compartment is upholstered. The engine compartment is very detailed and is home to the built LS3 V8 engine with 462 rear-wheel horsepower. It has Detroit Speed hood hinges, wiper motor and show panel. Some other engine compartment upgrades include L92 heads, forged pistons, Edelbrock valve covers with custom coil-pack covers, custom air intake, Mike Norris PCV catch can, Vapor Works fuel pump, Wegner front-drive unit, aluminum Jones Racing power-steering tank and Lokar dip stick. The engine runs excellent, is cooled by a Ron Davis aluminum radiator with dual electric fans and breathes through a 3' Edelbrock exhaust system that sounds amazing. The engine is coupled to a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission and 12-bolt posi-traction rear end that was narrowed 3' with 1350 Yokes and 3.73 gears. The painted undercarriage is nicely detailed with many upgrades. It has a Lee steering quick-ratio box with power steering. The front suspension consists of SC&C control arms, Guldstrand tie-rod adjusters, Hotchkis sway bar and OA1 adjustable coilovers. The rear suspension consists of a RideTech 4-link setup with 2-way adjustable shocks. It's equipped with a hydra-boost power braking system with 4-wheel 13' Wilwood disc brakes. It also has a Rick's stainless fuel tank. This car has been completely serviced and detailed, which is fully documented with an invoice. From the MS Classic Cars Collection. **SOLD ON SALVAGE TITLE**
