A+E Networks to Broadcast Nearly 20 Hours of Live Television Coverage from Barrett-Jackson’s Inaugural Houston Auction

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. ‒ September 13, 2021Barrett-Jackson and A+E Networks today announced the upcoming broadcast schedule for live coverage of Barrett-Jackson’s Inaugural Houston Auction from NRG Center in Houston, Texas, September 16-18. As the exclusive broadcast partner for Barrett-Jackson, A+E Networks will air nearly 20 hours of Barrett-Jackson Live coverage across FYI and The HISTORY Channel from the World’s Greatest Collector Car Auctions’ first event in the Lone Star State in its 50-year history.

1000px-History_LogoLive broadcast coverage of the Inaugural Houston Auction begins Thursday, September 16, on FYI from 1-6 p.m. Central Daylight Time. The second day of coverage gets underway Friday on FYI from 12-7 p.m. CDT and Saturday’s peak action will begin on FYI at 12 p.m. CDT before moving over to The HISTORY Channel from 2-7 p.m. CDT. Automotive enthusiasts in Canada may also catch all the auction excitement on Discovery Velocity Canada during the same broadcast windows.

Rose will be joined by YouTuber, “car addict” and returning Barrett-Jackson on-air personality Tyler Hoover as well as on-air talent and Head of Enthusiast Brands for A+E Networks Christian Murphy. Viewers will also be greeted by longtime Barrett-Jackson commentators Mike Joy, Rick DeBruhl and Steve Magnante, highlighting all the event’s excitement live from the auction block.
