Stepping into the exhilarating world of a Barrett-Jackson auction is a thrill for all who enter. With live music, numerous enticing food options, shopping galore, along with beautiful automotive-filled wonders around every corner, it comes as no surprise that The World’s Greatest Collector Car Auctions has fostered an atmosphere that attracts not only car enthusiasts, bidders and consignors – but also fans of adrenaline-pumping action from all over the globe.

Whether you’re an experienced Barrett-Jackson enthusiast in need of a refresher, or you’re new to the experience, this guide will help you navigate the general admission ticket-buying process at Barrett-Jackson with ease and confidence.

Step 1: Online 24/7 Tickets can be purchased on-site at the box office, but for a faster entry into the event it is highly recommended that you skip the box office altogether. Tickets can be purchased in advance directly through the online ticket tab on the Barrett-Jackson.com home page which will connect you directly to our official ticket partner AXS. It’s easy, it’s fast, and it’s available anytime, anywhere!

Barrett-Jackson Experiences (three different exclusive hospitality packages with behind-the-scenes action, skybox seating and more).

Step 2: Choosing Your Tickets Offered only through Barrett-Jackson’s ticketing service, AXS, general admission tickets provide access to the entire event site – with the exception of the auction block itself, seats reserved for bidders and private skyboxes.

When you click on the Barrett-Jackson ticket page, you’ll find general admission tickets for any day of the auction and the option for all days of the auction. These options mean you can choose what works best for you – whether that means attending the exciting first days, the coveted Super Saturday, or an All-Session ticket for every day of the auction.

Step 3: Purchasing Tickets Once you’ve reached the AXS.com ticketing page and selected your ticket date(s), you can then select the number of adult and/or children’s tickets (6-12 years of age). Children 5 years of age and younger receive complimentary entry. Senior, military, student and first responder tickets are offered at a special rate. Senior rates are available for guests 55 years of age or older. Military includes veterans and active duty. Student tickets are for guests 13-18 years of age. First responders include EMTs, police officers and members of the fire department.

The online feature will prompt you to complete the following:

  1. Click the “Add to Cart” button
  2. Click the “Checkout” button
  3. The option to “Continue Shopping” will appear if you need to edit or add to your selected tickets.
  4. Click “Checkout”
  5. A pop-up from AXS will appear that prompts you to either “Sign in” or “Create Account.” (This sign-in is referring to an AXS account – not a Barret-Jackson account. If you don’t have an AXS account already, it takes less than a minute to sign up.)
  6. Ticket Delivery Options: while the default selection is AXS Mobile ID, which allows you to easily access your ticket right on your phone, you also have the choice of selecting print-at-home. (The AXS Mobile ID ticket option is a ticket that is accessed through the (free) AXS app on your phone. The print-at-home option is a printable PDF ticket that gets emailed to you.)
  7. Enter the required payment information, and the sale is complete.

Step 4: Accessing Your Tickets Depending on your choice of ticket delivery method, you will access your tickets by going into your email or by downloading the AXS app on your phone. Here is how to do both:

Accessing tickets through Print-at-Home Option:

  1. After you purchase your tickets, an email will be sent to you (whatever email you used to sign in with AXS).
  2. You’ll receive an email with the subject line, “Thank You for Your Order” from [email protected] which provides an order breakdown. This email is NOT your printable ticket – your actual ticket arrives in a separate email.
  3. You will then receive another email with the subject line, “Barrett-Jackson Auction Ticket” from the same sender, [email protected]. This is your ticket email. (Sometimes this email takes a bit longer to arrive in your inbox, but don’t worry, it should arrive within 30 minutes of the first email.)
  4. Your tickets will be attached as a PDF. Print the tickets at your leisure. Printing directions will be in the body of the email if you need help.
  5. You must bring your printed ticket(s) to the event so that the barcode can be scanned for access.
  6. If you experience any issues printing your ticket at home, simply visit the box off at the auction’s main entrance and the box office team will print your ticket for you.

Accessing tickets through AXS Mobile ID Option: Like mobile tickets for an airline or movie theater, AXS Mobile ID digital tickets are tickets you access with your phone. Your tickets will display in your AXS app when connected to cellular data or Wi-Fi.

Follow these simple steps to access your ticket:

  1. Download the AXS app if you haven’t already (App Store or Google Play).
  2. Log in to the app using the same email you used when purchasing your tickets (the same email address your confirmation email was sent to).
  3. TIP: If you’re having trouble logging in with that email address, a password reset should do the trick.
  4. Open the app and click the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen. The ticket icon must be selected to proceed. Note: The dashboard of the app is a home page, but not where you will find your ticket.
  5. Select your event, and your tickets will be displayed.
  6. Show the tickets in the app at the gate, where the QR code will be scanned for entrance.

Please note: This ticket is known as an AXS Mobile ID ticket (different from an e-ticket) and cannot be printed. The QR code is refreshed randomly – a screen shot or photo of the QR code will not work.

Step 5: (Optional) Transferring Tickets to Friends/Family (only applies to AXS Mobile ID option) If you selected the AXS Mobile ID delivery option and you’re going to the auction with a group but not entering together, you’ll need to transfer the tickets to group members before the event. The members will need the AXS app downloaded on their phone.

To easily transfer tickets from the AXS App:

  1. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen
  2. Select the event you would like to transfer tickets from
  3. Tap “Transfer”
  4. Enter the recipient’s first name, last name, and email address
  5. Tap “Continue”
  6. Review the information and tap “Transfer”
  7. The recipient will receive an email with a link to click to get their tickets and, if they haven’t already, an invite to download and install the AXS App.

An important reminder:
