Being sold to benefit Paul Walker’s Reach Out Worldwide, this one-of-a-kind 2010 Ford Mustang AV-X10 known as the “Dearborn Doll” (Lot #3002) is one of three vehicles that will be crossing the block for charity at the 2019 Palm Beach Auction.
First responders. Children. Veterans. Medical research. The causes helped by the sale of some very special cars on the Barrett-Jackson auction block are many and meaningful.
At the 2019 Scottsdale Auction, $9.6 million was raised during these special sales – the most ever at a single Barrett-Jackson auction. During the upcoming Palm Beach Auction, three more “cars for a cause” will make their way across the famous stage with a greater purpose in mind. As always, when the hammer drops on the final sale price, 100 percent of that will be going to the designated organization, as Barrett-Jackson waives all fees when it comes to the auction of these important vehicles.

Among them is a 2010 Ford Mustang known as the “Dearborn Doll” (Lot #3002). The AV-X10, based on a 2010 Mustang GT with a glass-roof option, is a one-of-one, with just 18 miles on the odometer. The car is up for auction to benefit Reach Out Worldwide (ROWW), an organization founded by the late actor Paul Walker, best known for his role as Brian O’Conner in “The Fast and the Furious” franchise, in response to the massive earthquake that struck Haiti in 2010. ROWW, a group of first responders and professionals in the medical and construction-related fields who help local authorities when natural disasters strike.
Paul Walker’s brother Cody will be onstage to encourage bidding on the one-of-a-kind car, which pays homage to World War II-era fighter planes through its design theme and kicks out 550 horsepower from its supercharged aluminum-block 4.6-liter engine. The AV-X10 also features a special racing handling pack, tuned exhaust and exhaust tips to optimize the performance experience.
Jeff Gordon’s 2009 ZR1 Corvette (Lot #3001) will be auctioned to benefit Jeff Gordon Children’s Foundation.
Another supercharged vehicle set to cross the auction block for charity is a 2009 ZR1 Corvette (Lot #3001) with just 815 actual miles on the odometer. From the personal collection of NASCAR Hall of Famer Jeff Gordon, the car has a 6.2-liter LS9 V8 engine with 638 horsepower, and is the fifth ZR1 built for 2009 and one of only 502 decked out in Cyber Gray.
This ZR1 is loaded with all kinds of goodies, such as Selective Magnetic suspension, traction control and active handling stability control, with variable-ratio speed-sense power steering and a tilt steering column. Bringing all the power to a halt is a cross-drilled Brembo carbon-fiber ceramic 4-wheel disc braking system.

Inside there’s dual-zone climate control, power leather bucket heated seats, cruise control, power windows, leather-wrapped dashboard and door panels, a heads-up display, Bose premium CD audio system and ZR1 aluminum sill plates. There’s carbon-fiber everywhere: ground effects, hood, roof and interior accents.
Best of all, the sale of this car will benefit the Jeff Gordon Children’s Foundation, which works incredibly hard in the fight against pediatric cancer, funding research and providing support for families and kids with cancer.
This Petty’s Garage 2015 Mustang (Lot #3000) – powered by a supercharged 825hp, 5.0-liter engine – will make a trip across the auction block to help the Wounded Warrior Project.
The Wounded Warrior Project, which provides tremendous help to military veterans and their families, will be the beneficiary of 100 percent of the hammer price of a third supercharged beauty: a one-off 2015 Petty’s Garage Ford Mustang (Lot #3000). This Speedster conversion is powered by a whopping 825-horsepower, 5.0-liter engine tuned by the professionals at Petty’s Garage and featuring a massive Whipple supercharger and cold-air intake. Outside are HRE wheels, Wilwood brakes, air-ride suspension and a custom BASF paint scheme. Like the King himself, the interior is dressed impeccably, with alligator seats and a custom sound system.
Lot #3000 was honored as one of the top five Mustangs at the 2015 SEMA Show.
The unique vehicle was honored as one of the top five Mustangs at the 2015 SEMA Show, and it was featured as a BASF 2015 calendar car. The lucky winning bidder on this ʼStang will also take home an original art rendering of the car, signed by Richard Petty.
Barrett-Jackson is so incredibly grateful to all of the generous individuals and organizations who donate these special charity vehicles, and to all those who bid from their hearts to help so many people across the United States.
