This 1976 Yamaha RD400 is powered by a 2-stroke, twin-cylinder engine with a hydraulic clutch and disc brakes in the front and rear. Recently restored by Secret Flying Machines out of Austin, TX, it is finished in the original Competition Yellow and black with the Yamaha paint scheme. The bike was completely stripped down to the frame and rebuilt during the restoration process. The RD series was discontinued in 1979 due to new emissions rules.
