Details
This complete top-to-bottom Resto-Mod was built from a rust-free California F-100. The body was completely stripped and sandblasted to bare metal, primed and finished in a beautiful Ford Sterling Gray Metallic. The emblems were deleted and the brightwork replaced. The frame received independent front suspension with power disc brakes, lowered rear suspension, a GM 10-bolt axle and custom Center Line wheels. Power is supplied by a 5.7-liter GM crate engine with Edelbrock intake, Hedman headers
and Flowmaster dual exhaust mated to a TH350 automatic transmission. Cooling the engine is a custom radiator with aluminum shroud and dual cooling fans. Inside is a custom two-tone powered bench seat, power steering via a tilt column with Dean Moon steering wheel, Lokar shifter, factory gauges reconditioned to work with modern sensors, and Vintage Air and heat to keep this truck climate-controlled. The bed is finished in a beautiful stained oak with chrome trim. Build photos documenting the entire restoration and build receipts are included.
