This COPO re-creation is an excellent example of an original 9737 COPO car. No expense was spared to create the look, feel and power of the original L72 427 Camaro. Powering this beast is a freshly built 427cid V8 with a set of L89 aluminum heads, aluminum intake and an 800cfm carburetor. Transferring all these horses is a M40 Turbo 400 3-speed automatic transmission and 12 bolt posi-traction rear axle with 4.56 gears to easily turn the wheels. The paint and body of the car are in excellent

condition with no major flaws or damage. The interior represents a new car in every way. The engine and transmission have both recently been rebuilt, along with a recently restored fuel, suspension and braking systems. Optional equipment includes power steering, a cowl induction hood, rear spoiler, 15' Rally wheels, white letter tires, power front disc brakes, compact GM spare and center console. This X44 Camaro was produced in Norwood, OH in the first week of September, 1969 and was originally Olympic Gold according to the Trim Tag.
