One of 176 production models sold to the public between 1997 and 1999. Each Panoz AIV roadster has a hand assembled Ford SVT Mustang Cobra engine and Borg Warner T-45 transmission. The engine is a 4.6L with 305hp, all aluminum modular DOHC with 32 valves. The body is all aluminum with fiberglass fenders, leather tan interior, walnut burl console, air conditioning and factory aluminum wheels by Roush.
