This 442 is one of only 1,688 ever produced and has gone through a frame-off rotisserie restoration. This 442 has all GM sheet metal and was restored to its original Porcelain White color. The paint is a base coat clear coat product that has been wet sanded and buffed to a brilliant shine. I think you will agree that this paint would be competitive at any given show. All of the trim, chrome bumpers, accessories and badges are in excellent condition and ready to show. This 442 even has all date

coded tinted glass and T-3 headlights. The correct black pinstriping has been applied and this 442 has the correct Rally wheels with Firestone wide oval bias ply tires. The black vinyl top is correct and in excellent condition. I think you will agree that the exterior of this rare 442 is incredible and ready to show. The black interior features a bench seat. The door panels, headliner, carpet and dash are all in excellent condition and ready to show. This interior features power steering, power disc brakes, AM radio and the rare Rally pack. The overall interior is stunning. In the trunk you will find the trunk pan has the correct splatter finish, a correct floor mat is in place and another Rally wheel is in place as the spare. You will also notice this 442 has the optional trunk light. Under the hood is a detailed engine compartment that is home to the non-original rebuilt correct 'F' block 455cid engine. This engine has the correct 'E' heads, adjustable Mondello valves and 'W' manifolds as well. This 455 runs great. Under the hood you will see that attention to detail was very important during this restoration. This 442 is equipped with an automatic transmission and a 12-bolt rear differential. As you view the undercarriage photos you can see that during the rotisserie restoration every nut and bolt was restored. The brakes, front and rear suspension, fuel and brakes lines, exhaust, gas tank as well as the frame itself were all restored or replaced during the restoration. The owner has the following documents for this beautiful 442: owner's manual, original owner registration receipt, original owner's son's phone number, photo documentation of the restoration and a folder of restoration bills and receipts.
