1964 OLDSMOBILE 442 COUPE

You are viewing a frame-off restored and very rare 1964 Olds F85 Cutlass 442. This Cutlass Club coupe is 1 of only 563 produced in 1964. It is equipped with the 'B09' 442 police apprehender package. This package consists of the 4-barrel carbureted 330cid V8 with heavy duty valve gear, dual exhaust, and a hotter cam raising the horsepower to 310 with 355ft/lbs of torque. This package also included a 4-speed transmission and the heavy duty police package suspension with higher rated front and rear springs, heavy duty shocks, a larger front sway bar and additional rear sway bar. The exterior is arrow-straight and painted in the correct Holiday Red color, Code 'VV'. The chrome, stainless trim, grille, rear body panel and glass all remain in excellent condition. Cragar wheels with Firestone wide oval tires are mounted on all four corners of this 442 to get the Hurst/Olds look. Documentation of the frame-off restoration as well as photos are included. The black interior, Code '940', is also in excellent condition. All of the brightwork and interior trim is beautiful. This interior has bucket seats, console, 4-speed and power steering. Under the hood is a detailed engine compartment which is home to the matching numbers 330cid engine. This engine puts out 310hp. The transmission is a Muncie 4-speed equipped with an updated Hurst shifter. The posi-traction rear is running 3.55 gears. This is the Cutlass 442 you want to add to your collection.
