This canopy truck spent its life working in Stafford Springs, CT. At one point it was being used to deliver eggs door to door. In the 1950's it was purchased by Mr. Benton of Benton's Express Trucking Company also located in Stafford Springs. Here the truck performed many general duties for Benton's Express as well as Stafford Motor Speedway. After Mr. Benton's death the truck was purchased and restored to near original condition. This Dodge Brothers Model K20 Canopy truck is believed to be the
only one left in existence. Powered by a 220cid 6 cylinder engine.
