The 2024 Scottsdale Fall Auction is turning up the heat with a thrilling culinary twist at the October 10-13 event at WestWorld! Together with the World Food Championships (WFC), Barrett-Jackson will host the Southwest Chef Showdown, an electrifying cooking competition featuring up to 30 chefs of all skill levels ‒ from home cooks to seasoned professionals ‒ to showcase their talents in a series of intense kitchen arena challenges during the four-day auction.

The Southwest Chef Showdown will take place in the Exhibitor Marketplace, next to the main auction pavilion, where two state-of-the-art kitchen models will set the stage for epic cook-offs. Throughout the day, chefs will face off in timed challenges, putting their skills, creativity and speed to the ultimate test. Each competition will see two contestants go head-to-head, with a panel of food judges selecting a winner from each segment.

Adding to the excitement, Barrett-Jackson attendees can also get involved as audience judges, bringing a unique and interactive element to the event. The top 15 winning chefs will receive a coveted golden ticket to the 12th Annual World Food Championships in Indianapolis this November, where they will compete for a share of the $450,000 prize pool.
