INAUGURAL 2023 NEW ORLEANS AUCTION: 1963 MERCEDES-BENZ 220SEB CONVERTIBLE – NO RESERVE

This 1963 Mercedes-Benz 220SEb convertible was professionally restored. Power comes from its original 2.2-liter SOHC inline 6-cylinder engine with Bosch fuel injection, rebuilt 40,000 miles ago and mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. The exterior was finished in the original Glasurit G334 Light Blue paint with a blue canvas convertible top. The interior has been completely redone using all materials from GAHH, a world leader in Mercedes-Benz interiors, leather and carpets. This 220SEb is an original California Black Plate car, and the sale includes most of the service records up to the restoration. Like all W111s, this car was hand-built at the factory.
