LOT #3001 – 2025 CADILLAC ESCALADE IQ FIRST RETAIL PRODUCTION VIN 001 – NO RESERVE

Each Barrett-Jackson auction is full of emotions. Participants are swept up in the thrill of bidding, the remarkable cars, and the camaraderie of seeing old friends and making new ones. Yet among all these memorable moments, the moving charity car sales are the ones that truly stand out, embodying the principal of philanthropy upon which Barrett-Jackson was founded.

The stories behind the donated vehicles and the noble missions of the charities they support showcase the best in humanity, making these sales unforgettable. Thanks to the generosity of the collector car community, Barrett-Jackson has raised over $155 million for charitable causes over the past 53 years.

The winning bidders of these special vehicles know they are making a meaningful difference: Because Barrett-Jackson always waives all auction fees and commissions, 100 percent of the hammer price goes directly to the charitable organization.

278871_InteriorAt the 2024 Scottsdale Fall Auction, bidders will have the chance to bid on the first retail production 2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ, VIN 001 (Lot #3001), selling with No Reserve. The vehicle was generously donated by Cadillac and the entire sale price will go directly to the Detroit Children’s Fund – a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring Detroit’s children get the quality education they deserve.

The Escalade IQ is the first all-electric full-size SUV from Cadillac. It is equipped with an advanced Ultium battery system, linked to a dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup that delivers over 200 kWh and a Cadillac-estimated range of 460 miles. This translates to 750 horsepower and 785 ft/lbs of torque when using the Velocity Max driver mode. All that power amounts to a 0-to-60 mph time of “under 5 seconds,” according to Cadillac. For some perspective, the top-of-the-line Cadillac Escalade-V, equipped with the 6.2-liter supercharged V8 engine, produces 682 horsepower and 653 ft/lbs of torque. Given Cadillac estimated the Escalade-V with a 0-to-60 mph time of 4.4 seconds, it’s safe to say the IQ moves quickly.

Another highlight of the luxury SUV is Cadillac’s Arrival Mode – it’s the equivalent of the Crabwalk on the GMC Hummer EV and lets the Escalade IQ move diagonally at low speeds, enhancing maneuverability. Other highlights include Super Cruise hands-free driver assistance technology – complete with a three-year OnStar Super Cruise plan.

Inside the Escalade IQ, drivers will enjoy a 55-inch curved pillar-to-pillar display, along with a premium 36-speaker AKG Studio Reference audio system and the Executive Second Row Seating Package. This package includes 14-way power-adjustable, heated, ventilated and massaging second-row seats, along with a center console featuring stowable tray tables, dual wireless charging pads and a rear command center with infotainment screens. Drivers and passengers of the IQ can also enjoy the panoramic fixed-glass roof with a power shade, as well as power-operated doors for effortless entry.

Electrifying generosity will certainly be on full display when the first retail production 2025 Cadillac IQ crosses the block at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, during the Scottsdale Fall Auction at WestWorld. Register to bid today for the opportunity to take home Cadillac’s very first all-electric, full-size SUV.
