Details
Conceived by Jeb Coates, ex-Technical Director for Catherham, the Zolfe fills the gaps left by other no longer existing high-performance British small manufacturers such as TVR. An intricate FIA-approved tubular space frame chassis mated to Mazda Miata engine, transmission and differential, weighing in at a bit over 1,500 lbs, 50/50 weight distribution, a power to weight ratio of about 8, total Supercar numbers, combine for V8-like performance, mind-numbing handling, tested to 155mph at MIRA. This car is just as happy on the track as on the road. This one is number 002, with optional headlight covers, modified bonnet air outlets, Borla exhaust, black painte and orange racing stripe, optional air conditioning as well. Partners in its design and construction include Sparlonz Pasticz, a tier one supplier and Stadco. 1,300 actual miles.
