Details
This Aston Martin V12 Vanquish is the top-of-the-line model from the storied English brand. Unveiled at the 2001 Geneva Motor Show.,the V12 Vanquish ranked one step above the DB9. Produced in Newport Pagnell, England, the centerpiece of the design is its smooth 5.9-liter V12 engine that, in conjunction with a 6-speed paddle-shifted automated manual transmission, propels the car to a factory-claimed 200 mph. Designed by Ian Callum, the Vanquish V12 embodies the classic Aston Martin grand tourer shape made famous by decades of cars, starting with the DB2. Callum modernized the shape into the muscular wide-body design that is the Vanquish. While the shape is classic, the unit-construction body and chassis consist of exotic aluminum and carbon composite materials. Showing 6857 miles on the odometer, the vehicle has an updated Tubi exhaust.
