The outrageous 1998 Viper GTS-R commemorated Viper's 1997 FIA GT2 World Championship; the first of five between 1997 and 2002. The example you see here is car #003 of only 100 produced and has had just one enthusiast owner from new. These important and highly sought-after Vipers are all finished in striking Stone White with Viper Blue LeMans racing stripes over a sporting two-tone black and blue leather interior with red racing belts, and they received exclusive badging and a numbered plaque on

the center console as well. The GTS-R's were all built in one run with sequential serial numbers and were factory upgraded with a tall racing style wing, front nose aero winglets, aerodynamic ground effects, K&N high flow filters and smooth intake tubes. This particular example boasts additional high quality upgrades as well, with the addition of Belanger long tube headers, a Corsa exhaust system, Fikse FM5 forged aluminum wheels, adjustable JRZ front struts, adjustable JRZ rear shocks, and 14' Brembo front brakes with improved cooling ducts. The original BBS wheels and suspension components are include with the car. It has been dyno-tested with staggering results showing 580hp and 580lb/ft of torque. Purchased new by Louis Kapcsandy, this very special Viper comes with full ownership history and documentation from day one.
