Created by General Motors working with young people from GM's X-plorer Scouts program. These teenagers, with an interest in the automotive industry, created these one-of-a-kind concepts with their own taste in mind. The result is that they learn about all aspects of the auto industry while creating a one-of-a-kind Corvette. This Corvette was a very early build.
