This is a 1988 Saleen Sport truck. This is a very rare truck and is 1 of only 27 made and only 24 were made for the street. The other ones were race trucks that Steve Saleen successfully raced and won in. This is #27 of 27 and is listed in the Saleen Registry. If you are a Saleen collector, then this is a must have item to add to your collection. The truck has less than 33,000 original miles and is nice and un-molested. The body has a full custom body kit with Saleen stripes. The interior is

really nice and has Flofit seats, custom door panels, Saleen 140mph speedometer, Saleen tachometer and a Pioneer sound system. The suspension has been totally upgraded and Saleen is known for handling first and foremost. The track versions of these trucks ran very well and won most of their races. The 15' Saleen wheels have brand new tires on them. Mechanically Saleen left these trucks essentially stock with the 2.9 Liter V6 motor, 5-speed manual transmission and 3.73 rear end. It has a Flowmaster muffler which we are unsure if it is stock or not, but it has the same exhaust tip that came on the 1989 Saleen SSC Mustang. This is a great running and driving truck and it shows that it has only been enjoyed on sunny days and garaged since new and has averaged only about 1,500 miles per year since new.
