1988 FERRARI TESTAROSSA

This 1988 Ferrari Testarossa is powered by a 4.9-liter flat-12 engine factory-rated at 380hp and 354 ft/lbs of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transaxle with a limited-slip differential. Braking is handled by 4-wheel ventilated discs. The Pininfarina-designed body is finished in Rosso Corsa and features pop-up headlights, fog lights, an asymmetrical cooling duct beneath the left fog lamp, side intake strakes, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, red-finished rocker panels and quad exhaust outlets. It rides on silver 16-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels that were replaced and fitted with BFGoodrich g-Force sport tires in 2016. A clock and auxiliary gauges for fuel level and oil temperature are housed in the center stack. In 2016, some work included powder-coating the subframe and underside components, refinishing the front spoiler and front bumper cover, replacing the tires, wheels, tie rods, front shocks, clutch assembly and timing belts. Also, a timing belt replacement and service was completed, at which time the drive belts, battery, fuel filter, fuel injectors, oxygen sensor, ignition rotor and coolant hoses were replaced.
