Details
This is a rare and exotic Italian car. It has manual rack & pinion steering and leather interior. The front suspension is MacPherson strut and the rear is an independent, semi-trailing arm design. Large, non-ventilated ATE disc brakes are at the front and rear, with 4-piston fixed calibers up front and 14' 4-bolt wheels. This Bi-Turbo Spyder is equipped with an automatic transmission, power steering and water-cooled IHI turbochargers. In 1986, the twin-turbocharged V6 received the benefit of fuel injection instead of the troublesome carburetor, as well as sprouting an intercooler to keep the charge air temperatures down entering the intake manifold. The Spyder has the desirable body built by the illustrious Italian design house Zagato.
