Details
This Rolls-Royce Corniche convertible has had just one owner since 1984. It is finished in Willow Gold over a tan leather interior with a burled wood dashboard and fine leather trim. The 1983 Rolls-Royce Corniche convertible represented the pinnacle of exclusivity. The Corniche was a development of the Mulliner Park Ward two-door version of the Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow. Production ran from 1971 to 1995 and was limited in numbers. The Corniche was assembled by hand at the London facility of
Rolls-Royce's bespoke coachbuilding subsidiary, Mulliner Park Ward. The base price of the 1983 Rolls-Royce Corniche was $156,000, and they built only 212 Corniche convertibles that year. With many bespoke options available, these cars could cost the first owner over $200,000. These are a perfect young classic, reliable and modern feeling, yet represent a handcrafted era of great luxury automobiles.
