Fully restored, comprehensively upgraded and immaculately presented, this 1972 Land Cruiser FJ40 is very unique and high quality example. It was finished from the factory in Capri Blue, which wasn't strictly available for the 1972 model year, but with a January build date, it obviously snuck through in the transition. This FJ has resided in the Northwest in the Seattle area for its entire known life and is fresh out of a high quality restoration that features a host of upgrades to make it

perform much better, both on and off road. Under the hood is a 327cid small block V8 with an Edelbrock Performer aluminum intake manifold, 600cfm Carter AFT carburetor, Edlebrock cast aluminum valve covers, billet drive pulleys, high flow headers and Flowmaster dual exhaust system. The truck rolls on 15' Ultra Type 164 polished alloy wheels wearing brand new 31'x10.5' Toyo Open Country M/T tires all around (including the spare) and the suspension is upgraded with ProComp ES3000 series high performance shocks, power assisted rack & pinion steering with Flaming River billet column, power assisted brakes and features WARN locking front hubs. Other noteworthy custom features include a 2' body lift, new WARN winch, BMW 5-series leather seats and center armrest, racing style safety harnesses, heater, full carpeting, trailer hitch, off road lights and even relocated battery for more ideal weight distribution. Included are receipts and pictures from the restoration, information on the upgrades, some owner history and a disc with professionally taken photos from after the build was completed.
