Beautiful 1972 Corvette coupe painted in the popular Corvette color Torch Red. The 2 stage paint has been wet sanded and buffed to a brilliant shine. The LT1 hood is painted in a high gloss black with white border stripe. All of the chrome, lenses and glass are in excellent condition. Jason Rushforth 19' wheels are mounted on all 4 corners with performance directional tires. This was the last year for the Corvette with the front and rear chrome bumpers. The interior is restored and looks like
new. This black standard interior features new door panels, seat covers and carpet. Options include a 4-speed transmission, power steering, power 4-wheel disc brakes, AM/FM/CD, T-tops, removable tinted rear window, power antenna, factory air conditioning, functional gauges and tachometer. The original 350/200hp V8 engine is long gone. Now a 1969 vintage 350/350hp solid lifter V8 engine is found under the hood. This engine has a one-off custom built Tri-Power intake with 3 Holley 350cfm carburetors. A custom fabricated air cleaner assembly was built to look like the big block Tri-Powers of the 1969 L89 corvettes. A new chambered exhaust system has been installed and GM LT1 valve covers complete the detailed engine compartment. Estimated horsepower now is 370hp. The transmission is a Muncie 4-speed unit and the rear differential is the original 1972 unit. This is a turn-key Corvette that runs as good as it looks. **TITLE IN TRANSIT**
