This 1970 GTO convertible has PHS documentation, the original Build Sheet and has been upgraded to period-correct 455ci engine with Ram Air III. Has hood tachometer, automatic Rally sports shifter with Turbo 400 Hydramatic transmission, 12-bolt posi-traction with 3.42 rear end and MagnaFlow exhaust. It's only had three owners since new; the first two owners were from Longview, TX, where it spent 40 years. The 455 engine has Ram Air exhaust manifolds and is 360hp before the upgrade to Ram Air III, so it has higher horsepower than 360hp. Very rare 1970 GTO convertible produced in Palomino Copper, which was the lowest produced in the gold color that was available in 1970, plus with the Palomino Saddle interior with white top. It also features air conditioning, power steering, power disc brakes, gauge package with clock, tilt wheel, tinted windows, power top, AM/FM stereo radio, power windows, power door locks and power trunk release. The owner's manual and 1970 Pontiac showroom brochure both come with the car. It is a trophy winner, one of which is High Performance Pontiac magazine Editor's Choice Award for the Best Pontiac at the NPD All GM Show in Silver Springs, FL, on October 1, 2011.
