This is a very rare W25 Ram Air 1970 Oldsmobile 442 convertible that has a virtually flawless professional full frame-off concours, rotisserie restoration to original build, done by Thornton's Restorations in Quakertown, PA. The bottom side is just as gorgeous as top side, detailed and finished to perfection. All original matching numbers and date codes engine, transmission and drivetrain. It is one of the few factory special-order Trim Tag code delete Rally Red Paint, with white convertible
power top and Pearl White interior. Original 455/365hp engine rebuilt to factory specs, Turbo Hydra-Matic 400 transmission with Hurst dual gate shifter, 3.23 posi-traction rear axle, W27 differential cover and rear. Factory installed options include W25 outside air induction hood, bucket seats with console, tilt wheel, tinted glass, power steering, power disc brakes, dual exhaust with trumpet tips, factory rally gauge package, sports steering wheel, AM radio, sport mirrors, rear spoiler and Super Stock I wheels with Firestone wide oval tires. Documentation includes factory Protect-O-Plate, original owner's manual, original consumer information pamphlet and vehicle warranty card. A 2008 AACA Senior Class winner and is one of the finest examples of a W25 442 on the planet.
