With all-original sheetmetal and matching numbers throughout, this 1970 Ford Mustang BOSS 302 on offer here is correct from top to bottom. This example remains after more than 40 years since it was special ordered by it's original owner and features extensive documentation including all 4 owners titles, the original bill of sale and invoice, owner's manual, owner card and the original Build Sheet found under the carpet. The car remains as-built and was well optioned from new, including accessory

rear spoiler, slats, Magnum 500 wheels, drag-pac with Trac-loc differential, AM radio, tachometer and dealer-installed hood pins. The original Grabber Orange finish as well as the original chrome, brightwork and spotless white interior exhibit amazing preservation throughout. The Magnum 500 wheels also wear period-correct reproduction tires. Under the hood the same preservation exists with the original air cleaner, carburetor, distributor, manifolds, engine tag, heat shield, oil cooler, original smog equipment and more still installed. The original plug wires have been replaced but retained in the parts that convey with the car. Likewise the 4-speed manual transmission with Hurst shifter and rear differential are also matching numbers, though the rear end gearing was improved from the original 4.3:1 to 3.5:1 for more comfortable cruising speed.
