1970 DODGE CORONET SUPER BEE '25TH HOUR'

This iconic “25th Hour” Dodge Super Bee was driven by Edward Norton in Spike Lee’s award-winning movie of 2002. Upgraded 440 Magnum Six-Pack engine mated to a Hurst pistol-grip “rock-crusher” A-833 4-speed transmission with the big Dana rear end and 4.10 gears. Extensive restoration includes new Top Banana Yellow paint, new striping, new headliner, new carpeting, new vinyl roof, polished stainless. Mechanical upgrades include transmission rebuild, rebuilt clutch and clutch plate, COMP cams, COMP cam timing chain and gear set, Edelbrock aluminum Six-Pack intake, 3,300-cfm electric fan, Hedman Elite thermal-coated headers, dual 2.5” head back exhausts, electric water pump, Holley fuel pump, MSD ignition, Mopar aluminum valve covers, March Performance 1” serpentine belt drive. Pro-Torque starter, new gas tank and lines, rebuilt brakes. Powder-coated Rallye steel wheels with stainless beauty rings and center caps riding on Goodyear Eagle GTII tires. “25th Hour” was the first major motion picture in New York City after the 2001 9/11 terrorist attacks. The movie screenplay was altered incorporating the impact and devastation to New York City. Major film critics put “25th Hour” as one of the top 10 movies of the decade. After the filming, Spike Lee and Edward Norton both signed the dash with “Thanks for the cool ride – 25th Hour.” Included are a Spike Lee signed copy of the original script, two original theatrical posters and an original Touchstone Pictures press release kit.
