Details
This custom 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS re-creation was the recipient of a high-quality restoration and has a good fit and finish. It is powered by a professionally built 502ci 8-cylinder engine mated to a rebuilt Muncie 4-speed manual transmission with a Centerforce clutch. The engine features a new block and crank, JE pistons, GM rectangular heads, Crane roller camshaft, roller rockers and an 850 Mighty Demon carburetor. This Chevelle is also equipped with MSD ignition, aluminum radiator, twin fans, 12-bolt 342 posi-traction rear end and a 3' Torque Tech exhaust. The restoration was performed on a straight vehicle purchased with its original sheet metal, including red primer still present on the bottom of the car. All-new glass was installed during the restoration.
