All original Ford factory race car. This is the car that won the National SCCA Class A Manufacturer's Rally Championship for Ford. It has been maintained in its original race ready condition in a museum and private collection since winning.

In 1969, Ford entered the SCCA National Rally Race Series by fielding five 1969 Mustang Mach 1's. Ford won the Manufacturer's Class A Championship with Team 4, Nathan 'Available' Jones, Russell 'Aligator' Brown and car 4, this 428 Cobra Jet Mach 1. After winning the Championship, the car was sold to the driver, Nathan 'Available' Jones who placed it on display in a museum. Upon his death, the car was sold to a private collection. Build Sheet, invoice, titles, bills of sales and Marti Report, along with letters from Ford and SCCA about the Rally teams, magazine articles, press release, SCCA driver cards, vehicle log books and even the will of Nathan Jones showing this car. The log books document all of the miles on the car. The entries include all of the service, fuel and oil since new. This Cobra Jet Mach 1 is a true survivor and a piece of automobile racing history. It remains in it's original, unrestored, numbers matching and race ready condition.
