The El Camino's official production date, depicted by the NCRS Shipping Date Report, was June 3, 1969. It was sold new at Hoehn Chevrolet Co. in Beverly Hills, CA. Ordered with both high performance and comfort in mind, the factory-installed options are as follows: Z25 SS equipment, L35 396/325hp engine, M20 Muncie 4-speed manual transmission, G80 posi-traction rear axle 3:31 ratio, C60 air conditioning, N40 power steering, J52 power disc brakes, D90 Sport striping, C08 vinyl roof cover, U14 special instrumentation, A01 tinted glass, U63 AM radio, and 6927QQ 72-72 Monaco Orange. As the recipient of a recent comprehensive frame-off restoration, this El Camino shows very well with high attention to detail and many desirable factory-delivered options. A factory-appearing Bluetooth XM radio has been installed in place of the factory AM radio.
