This Chevelle SS convertible was built to be an identical match to the hardtop, with which it is being sold as a pair. Its restoration to factory specs with many factory NOS parts was completed in December 2017. Power is provided by a 396/375hp V8 engine with aluminum heads, which is paired to a 4-speed manual transmission. This Chevelle features power steering, tilt steering wheel, power windows, posi-traction, Rallye wheels and a power top. It also includes correct chambered exhaust, built to
the same standards as the hardtop. This SS garnered a First Place finish at the La Jolla Concours, 1st at Benedict Canyon Concours. Both cars were on the cover of the June 2019 issue of Muscle Car Review and were featured in a 4-page spread. **SOLD AS PAIR WITH LOT #1312.1**
