This 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Pro-Street Custom Coupe received a complete frame-off build using all-original metal except for the removable fiberglass hood. This car was built approximately 10 years ago and has seen less than 500 miles since the restoration. The bodywork was professionally finished with airbrushed graphics and gallons of PPG red clear coat paint. The frame has been fully boxed and painted to match the car. The rear adjustable ladder-bar suspension with coilover shocks has been built to handle the power supplied to the huge 33x21.50-inch Mickey Thompson radial tires by the Warren Pitcher racing big-block 468ci all-steel engine with rotating assembly and forged 9:1 compression pistons, Dart Pro 1 aluminum CNC heads, Dart stud girdle and intake, custom exhaust and headers built by McCabe Racing, and a custom-built 900 series Holly Sniper fuel injection system with Aeromotive fuel pump and regulators. The car was built with a nitrous system for looks and can be hooked up for full racing. There is no nitrous connected, nor is there any in the bottle. The engine was built to handle 1,200hp and mated to an MSD-7AL3, CTI Turbo 400 transmission with a 3,000-rpm stall. The rear differential is a fabricated Chris Allston 9-inch with 4.56 Strange gears and spool with 31-spline axles. Has front and rear ALDEN coilover shocks and Wilwood 4-wheel disc brakes. The interior was custom-fitted and installed by Victoria's Upholstery in Farmington, NM. This is a show-and-go Pro-Street build. This car has never been on the track and has never been timed. There will be a set of 14:1 pistons that go with the car, as well as several other components.
