This 1968 Volkswagen Beetle custom coupe underwent a restoration in 2018 and had the engine replaced. The ride height is lowered, and the suspension features a narrowed-beam front end. Disc brakes are fitted up front and chrome-finished 15-inch Fuchs-style wheels are mounted with Firestone Precision Touring tires. Features include a roof rack and a 12-volt electrical system. The cabin features a pair of aftermarket front bucket seats upholstered in black, a short-throw shifter, and body-color dashboard accents. Work performed in 2018 reportedly included replacing the headliner and carpets. Recent service included conducting a tune-up, rerouting the fuel filter and adjusting the carburetor. All new glass, seals, paint, clean chrome bumpers and trims.
