This is an amazing example of a 1967 GT500. Built in January of 1967, # 969 of 2050. Complete ground-up restoration in 1997. This California car was stored for 20 years prior to restoration. All mechanical parts were either replaced or rebuilt. Restoration was preformed by Golden West Restorations CO. in Hayward, CA. Exterior features include White LeMans stripes over Brittany Blue paint, Magstars, inboard high beams, beautiful chrome and functional brake ducts. The deluxe interior is black on
black with fold down rear seat, restored wood wheel, green line gauges and Shelby roll bar with shoulder belts. Has correct 428 engine, NOS intake, NOS carbs, Thermactor exhaust, re-cored radiator, rebuilt C-6 automatic transmission, aluminum drive shaft, locker rear end, 3.0 gears, all suspension pieces replaced. This car is an award winning absolutely great running and driving Shelby.
