Details
A spectacular custom restored Pro Touring Camaro RS coupe equipped with a 2011 drive-by-wire LS3 engine GM Performance with 575hp and 430ft/lbs of torque. There are chrome accessories and Chromex coated headers provided by Street and Performance. It has Detroit Speed Engineering front runner serpentine belt pulley system with chrome power steering pump, alternator, air conditioning compressor and polished billet brackets. The transmission is a GM Performance 4L65E automatic with a billet yoke.
The front end suspension consists of Heidts polished upper and lower control arms, coil over adjusted shocks, power rack & pinion steering and chrome tie rod ends. All 4-wheel disc brake system with Wilwood 4-piston performance calipers and 12' drilled/slotted brake rotors with stainless brake hoses. The electrical power brake system is from ABS Power Brake, Inc. The rear suspension is Heidts 4-link coil over. The Ford 9' rear differential has a 3.73 ratio with 31-spline axles and a Moser posi-tration carrier with a billet yoke. The Vintage Air system has an electronic climate control unit from Dakota Digital. The interior has a custom built console and dash, split rear seats and is covered in white leather with red leather accents. The Alpine stereo system includes all the latest technology with a rear view camera. The Auto Meter gauges are the American muscle black faced. The hood is a functional cowl-induction hood fabricated from a 1970 Chevelle SS. The shaved door handles are equipped with the Dakota Digital door poppers and electric trunk release. The shimmering exterior paint is Viper Red with a pearl Platinum Ice white stripe. The stainless fuel tank was custom built by Rock Valley Antique Parts, Inc. Custom Foose wheels with BFGoodrich Radial Comp Tires. There is a portfolio showing the complete step-by-step restoration process.
