Details
The 'Red Witch'. This is arguably the car that put Pro-touring on the map. Built by Mark Stielow and named 'Hot Rod' magazines 'Car of the Year' in 1996. This is one of the first cars in the mainstream to use mini tubbing in order to fit large wheels and tires inside the wheel openings. Features a 565cid all aluminum big block with a hand fabricated intake, custom made Kinsler progressive throttle body and F.A.S.T. electronic Fuel Injection. Custom made stainless headers and 3' custom stainless exhaust that tucks up tight under the car, Corvette ZF 6-speed transmission, Currie aluminum 9' Ford rear with 3.89 gears and Baer 4-wheel disc brakes. A great car that I have owned for over 10 years. It has been driven on four Hot Rod Power Tours. It is a car you can drive anywhere. Air conditioning, power steering and power brakes. This car is fast and easy to drive.
