This beautiful 1967 Austin-Healey 3000 MKIII BJ8 is a multiple award winner and has graced the cover of Austin-Healey magazine. There was a body-off restoration performed on this car in 1995. interior is first class and has a burl wood dash that is original, but refinished. The frame for the convertible top is nearly perfect and is in the proper gray paint and replaced the top with the most original English top, Robbins. The trunk is completely clean and was refit when restored. The spare tire is on a perfect 60-spoke chrome wheel, as are the main tires and wheels. The car drives as good as she looks. She has a strong engine, a solid transmission, excellent brakes with discs in the front and drums in the rear, excellent suspension, choke works, heater and fan works, all lights work including extra driving lights on light bar/badge bar and period correct AM/FM radio. Replaced some trunk interior trim that was showing some wear, turn signals on dash, front grille and installed 3-point seat belts in rear. This big Healey has been meticulously maintained over the years and is a shining example of the classic British touring automobile.
