Rare, impeccably restored, loaded 1966 Volkswagen Crew Cab. 500 miles since complete restoration. Turquoise and white. Charming, vintage pickup truck which always turns heads and impresses all ages. This super cool truck has multiple looks canvas full cover, tonneau back, or gates down as a utility vehicle. Brand new 2100cc engine, dual EMPI 40mm carburetors, EMPI distributor, new clutch, release bearing, flywheel, new axle boots, oil cooler, new ignition, starter, and alternator, new exhaust,
heater pipes, brake lines, suspension, and factory 12-volt electrical system. Complete restoration documented with bills and images. All Volkswagen options including VDO Kienzle electric clock, AM/FM Sapphire 4 radio with 40-watt built-in amplifier and hidden MP3 input completely rebuilt by Vintage Auto Radio, custom speaker bar headliner. Rare Bekowa roof rack and side ladder in original silver color, crystal flower vase between working OEM safari windows, aluminum side step with original Volkswagen brackets, 2-tone deluxe turquoise and white paint, glass is Sekurit or OEM, five new tires including spare with 2' whitewall Coker classic tires, all canvas work done by Busware. Canvas includes full custom height safari with hoops from Derek Gregg, removable pins for total top removal in 10 seconds. Prototype and first tonneau cover created by Busware. Truck bed completely new and has riveted ash slats soaked in linseed oil and riveted to bed as per original option. Volkswagen mud flaps, all Wolfsburg parts and brand new Wolfsburg rubber mats, tool kit, new interior panels and seat covers, custom safari antenna and polished aluminum deluxe bumper guards.
