This rotisserie-restored 1966 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 custom fastback is powered by a new flat-plane crank 5.2-liter Voodoo R engine with Imagine Injection, paired with a new TREMEC 6-speed transmission. Power is put to the ground through an 8.8-inch rear end with 4.10 gears. A Holley Dominator computer system was used to control the Voodoo R engine with the stacked injection and VVT. Every part that Detroit Speed offers for Mustangs was used in this build, including front Aluma-Frame, QUADRALink rear suspension, DSE fuel tank and DSE long-tube headers. It is finished in Blue Pearl basecoat/clearcoat, with white Shelby stripes buried under the clearcoat. To complete the Shelby look, a Shelby front fascia and Shelby Hood were added. It is equipped with hydro-boost, Wilwood brakes, TMI bucket seats, Dakota Digital gauges, Vintage Air, a DeWitts radiator, Ringbrothers hood hinges and a modern stereo, as well as a removable 4-link roll bar and safety harnesses. This car sits on custom Curtis Speed wheels and was shown in the HRIA display at the SEMA show. It has approximately 75 test miles.
