Frame-off restoration has been done on this F-100 custom cab short bed.
Details
No detail was overlooked in the construction that included all new bolts, new weatherstripping and new glass. All chrome and aluminum trim has been replated. This truck was a top five finisher at a Goodguys car show following the restoration and has seen very few miles since. Powertrain is a 390cid Ford with automatic transmission. An Edelbrock aluminum manifold and Holley 4-barrel carburetor supply the fuel, while custom headers handle the exhaust. Cobra aluminum valve covers and air cleaner
complement the under the hood appearance. A new custom interior was installed consisting of bucket seats, center console, door panels and leather wrapped steering wheel. Creature comforts include Vintage Air, power steering, power disc brakes, tilt wheel with chrome steering column and a Sony AM/FM/CD player with remote. Top to bottom, this truck is beautiful. The body is laser straight, the paint is super slick, interior immaculate and powertrain reliable and strong.
