'Black' is one of the finest, nicest and meanest Novas built, with all the chrome trim powder coated black and built without a budget to produce a build with the professionalism and quality that you would expect from a high-end luxury builder. This truly is an amazing car. Starts easy, runs cool and is very tight with no squeaks or rattles. Everything works, and the car is in great condition. Turbo 400 transmission with a Ford 9' rear make this car go as well as it looks. From the fabricated aluminum valve covers and big tube headers, to the 20x15' and 18x8' Billet Specialties powder coated and brushed wheels, so much that has been upgraded and updated. Tenzo carbon fiber seats with black leather inserts, Flaming River tilt column, carbon fiber dash with matching carbon fiber gauges, chrome fire bottle with a NOS tank used for the full Air Ride suspension holding tank. The trunk of this Nova is finished off with all rolled aluminum and an Optima battery with a cutoff switch. All the Air Ride electronics and controls are under the fuel cell. Rear is a Ford 9' with back brace, 4-link and subframe, Strange center section, 35 spline axles, Wilwood brakes and slotted rotors with stainless fasteners on all four corners and a balanced driveshaft for that smooth ride. Front suspension is all Chris Alston Chassis Works design with billet rack & pinion steering. Wheels are Billet Specialties that have been powder coated in Satin Black with brushed outer lips. Tires are Mickey Thompson's. New glass on this all-steel 'Black' Nova.
