Details

You are looking at an absolute show stopper. It's a one-of-a-kind and an absolute riot to see the reaction you get from people. This car gets a lot of love. It's received many prestigious rewards, Best in Shows and multiple magazine spreads. It's a 1966 Chevy Corvair 500 with a 165cid/110hp with a LS7 7.0 Liter/500hp cover over the original motor. The 6 cylinder has a Pertronics ignition and Offenhauser polished oil pan and valve covers. The exhaust system is a custom-built setup of ceramic-coated headers with Harley Davidson baffles. It has less than 15,350 original miles and gets 20 miles to the gallon. The interior is 100% Italian leather. Also features shaved door handles with electric solenoids and poppers. The air suspension has been professionally installed. The rear suspension was totally cut, narrowed, tubbed to fit the fat 18'x10' wheels. The air compressor and air tank are hidden behind the aluminum panels in the engine compartment. The front suspension was also reworked with S-10 A-arms. The air controls are the stations selector buttons in the old AM radio. The rear wheels are 18'x10' Budnik Famosa custom-built with speed-rated low profile directional tires. The front wheels are 18'x8' Budnik Famosa, with speed-rated low profile directional tires. The paint job was designed on the House of Kolors 'digital paint booth'. The paint was applied by Ray Van, a custom painter in Michigan. The pin striping was done by Bock of Brush by Bock who is undoubtedly one of the best in Michigan. The seats were done by Willy's Rod Shop in Michigan. The interior is Dynamatted, it has JVC AM/FM/CD 1,100-watt stereo, '50 Pontiac-style tail lights and the trunk is also nicely finished off. Overall it's an awesome and fun car. Protect-O-Plate, original title and other docs.
