This sharp little VW convertible was meticulously maintained by its previous Southern California owner from 2000 through 2010. It had been garage kept and used as a daily driver until its sale to the current owner in 2010. Since then it has been garage kept and a weekend driver. Recent improvements include fresh paint, carpeting on new insulation, new upholstery and the addition of a Kenwood stereo system. The body panels are unblemished and rust-free as is the pan and chassis. Windows, doors
and convertible top and boot are great. The rebuilt engine and 4-speed manual transmission are in great running order and the car was actually driven to the auction arena from its current home in Henderson, Nevada. This little beauty drives and shows terrifically.
