The 1963/1964 Galaxie 500 is one of Fords most well-known car designs of the 1960s. These big body Fords were successful in NASCAR and drag racing. This 1964 Galaxie convertible is the desirable XL500 model. The XL models featured additional body side trim, rear panel trim and the bucket seats and center console shifter. The beautiful 1960s-era Aqua Blue interior is accented by the blue canvas convertible top. A recent cosmetic restoration has been performed and the Ford Wimbledon White paint
looks outstanding. The factory X Code V8 is topped by a factory Holley 4 barrel carburetor makes this XL fun to drive. Correct 14' steel wheels and hubcaps with correct-style white wall tires finish off this great Ford.
