This unique truck runs on a .030 over Buick 455cid backed by a Turbo 400 transmission from a 1971 GS. Both the engine and transmission were professional built in Southern California and have less than 1,500 miles on them. The engine was a mild cam and is topped by an Edelbrock manifold, 850 cfm carburetor and aluminum valve covers with a pre-build estimate of 430hp. The transmission has a shift kit and is controlled by a B&M shifter. The torque converter is from a LT1 'Vette. The power disc
front brakes were installed by No-Limit in Santa Ana, California. The exhaust flows out with 2 ? stainless to a 3 chamber Flowmaster and exits through 3' stainless to the back. The bed is Australian Bloodwork with polished stainless slats and hardware. The wood alone cost over $1,000 before milling. The tires and American Mags are new as are the shocks on all 4 corners. The interior is also fresh. It has a new CD/mp3 player. The tailgate lettering is 23 kt Gold acid leaf. The front bumper and grille are fresh as is the windshield and gasket. The back light gasket is new as is the rest of the cab rubber. The battery is new as are the cables. A show quality pickup hot rod that is ready to start winning trophys.
