This splendid example of true 60's muscle car performance is perhaps one of one (unrestored paint, and interior/exterior correct date coded motor) in existence. The previous owner purchased the Fury over 30 years ago and has always been kept in a climate controlled environment accounting for its excellent condition. The mileage is correct at 79,640. All instrument, heat and accessories work correctly (except clock). The fender tag and VIN serial numbers (333187148) have been decoded and have been verified to be correct. The radiator core support and each panel and body piece indicate each part is the original factory installed components. The IBM built card has been received from Daimler Chrysler Historical Society and verifies each option to be correct as listed. The original ebony paint (75%) and alabaster interior (100%) retain there original luster. The undercarriage has the factory undercoating and is unbelievable. (2406730-1) is a correct date coded 426 Max Wedge with correct heads (2406209), intake (2402726), carburators (33447) and exhaust manifold left (2402336) right (2402334). Ultra rare 3' Super Stock side cut out exhaust system. A complete professional overhaul to the motor and drivetrain has recently been completed. The motor was rebuilt to the correct stock specification with the exception of the electronic ignition. The transmission has been upgraded.
