A very rare combination for a '62 Impala convertible as it is equipped with the 409/409hp block with dual-carburetor and the SS option. Just 15,019 were built with the big engine. Factor in the open body and the SS Package, such a car becomes downright rare. This particular 409 was treated to a complete rotisserie restoration. Every bolt came out and when it was put back together, it was finished in white with a red vinyl interior. It has been beautifully detailed with the full spinner wheel
covers and gleaming stainless trim. The car achieved AACA National Championship status. The convertible top has never been down since the restoration was completed.
