Original body mounted on an SRIII tube chassis. Body is completely original with 1960 9-tooth grill. New LS-3 Hot Cam 480hp engine with power enhancements for even more horsepower, Tremec 5-speed manual transmission and DANA aluminum 3.52 ratio differential. Ceramic coated headers with custom exhaust and polished tips. Custom air intake with K&N filter. C4 suspension with coilover shocks, power rack & Pinion steering, C4 brake calipers with 13' drilled and slotted brake rotors. Billet
Specialties 17' polished aluminum wheels and 245/45 BFGoodrich G-Force tires. Other features include air conditioning, chrome Ididit steering column with 14' steering wheel. Aluminum radiator, electric cooling fan, serpentine belt and stock looking electronic gauges. Exterior is completely stock with 1960 chrome tooth grille. All chrome and emblems are new. Seats and door panels are custom upholstered in deep red with silver inserts. Includes restored original hardtop with white headliner and new Hartz red cloth softtop. This car retains all the styling of the original 1962 Corvette design but drives and performs like a high powered C5. From fit and finish to comfort, function and performance this car is show quality in every way.
